In two short years, Culligan Water Conditioning of Lubbock became one of the top franchises in the country by focusing on and nailing their Core Purpose and Values.  Please note that they had been written down for years but they “came to life” after being asked a few simple questions.

Dale and Nancy Tardy started Culligan of Lubbock over 50 years ago, originally under the name Rayne Water. Today, Culligan remains in the Tardy family, owned and operated by Joel and Betsy Tardy.

In 2013, Joel hired Gazelles coach Mike Mirau to help accelerate business growth. Reviewing their Core Purpose and Values quickly propelled them to one of the top franchises in the country! This video tells the story:
