7 brutally honest reasons your business isn’t growing

As I have been studying for my Gazelles certification exam looking for scenarios to test my knowledge, I came across this 3-year old post. Everything Casey Graham says in his post is true and relevant today for business leaders.

There are usually some very simple reasons why you are not growing or have stopped growing. The first and most impactful reason is:

  1. YOU – Founder, CEO, Leader (distracted, overworked, going it alone, isolated,…..).
  2. No real target (Casey calls it the Magic Number) nor,
  3. Knowing the 1-2 top priorities to focus on to achieve that target.
